Schedule - 2019 Shenandoah Mountain 100 E-mail us and become one of the crew that makes it all happen!! Volunteers who commit to helping at aid stations -AND- at registration or in the kitchen will get a pint glass and some really great food and some really special beverages!!! - and a great campground!! Course Marking - by locals who know the route Friday - Sunday
Aid Station Set-up - Help us get the show ready to roll Saturday from 2-8 pm
Registration - Assist with checking folks in 2-10 pm
Saturday Pasta Dinner - Prep team 2 pm, Cooking Team 3-8 pm, Serving Team 4 pm - 8 pm, Clean up Team 7-9 pm
Sunday Aid Station Volunteers - all day long
Sunday Course Marshals - amazing locations to cheer on competitors and make sure they are going the right direction
Sunday Cookout - Prep team 12 am, Cooking team 1-9 pm, Serving Team 2-10 pm, Clean up Team 8-10 pm
Sunday Course Sweepers and Course Cleaners - all sections all day long!!
